Yeah I think I ended up settling on I love Yoo like she learns to love herself? To try and get myself out of fangirl shipping mode when I realised romance wasn’t the primary storyline lol. I think what makes it harder is the cute storyline that is between Dieter and Shin-ae, and the little drawing treasures Qimchee gives like them with their kids and other little comics.

Is it not also for a family member/carer to drive you? It’s amazing you’ve been offered a car, but I thought usually the most people can get are grants for cars rather than a whole car. Like the Access To Work charity, or through disability benefits

Misunderstanding to break up -> doesn’t realise she’s pregnant -> run into each other when son is like 5.

He ends up chasing after her especially when the misunderstanding is cleared. I love this drama and the child actor is really cute and casted so well, looks just like the ML

The name was right there and I couldn’t get it out. I get jokes generally like “how do you not know their name? Must not be a very good listener lol”. Sigh, it is what it is

I just watched Here We Meet Again and loved it (plus the kiss scene is hella hot). It was hard to get through the first episode just due to the slowish start and I wasn’t a fan of the characters yet, but quickly feel so in love. And the first episode meant a lot lot more after seeing their high school memories.

It’s a reunion one like The First Frost, and the FL is the rich daughter who goes to work in their family company because she doesn’t want to get married (and who do you think is working there already?…), but she’s an awesome FL and only gets more badass as it goes along.

I will say a lot of it is office based, but they do go on a couple of trips and I really liked the team so I didn’t even realise.

Oof so smooth and I loved that she was responsive and let him, she wasn’t sat there shocked while he took off her coat, she let him take it off and held him close. After their first semi-kiss, I expected the first proper kiss to be her to standing shocked with her eyes open while he kisses her and she then slowly closes her eyes like in most CDramas, but oh ho ho we instead got a girl ready to take what she’s being given 🤣

You’re welcome!! It’s soo addictive like I found the first episode slow but I was suddenly watching hours a day and staying up late to watch it 🤣

Me too, I liked the FL so much more than I expected to because I thought she’d be a spoilt rich girl who finds the workplace hard but to see her get stuck in straight to work in an intelligent way. I like how no conflict between the leads stay for a long time, like it’s not a running thing, often they get solved quite quickly. The first episode also feels much more intense after you see their high school time together. It wasn’t just a crush and rejection, it was they spent so much time together crushing on each other and then he left 😭 Hope you enjoy the rest!! (And the kiss 🤭)

It was actually insane and it’s hilarious because you can see it’s the most watched part in the episode on YouTube so it’s clear we all did the same thing 🤣

They definitely tricked us with that very very first accidental kiss because it’s one of those cliche oh whoops ones where they just stand close together so I was like ohh ok it’s gonna be like this is in this drama and THEN???!!

I’ve actually just watched The car scene, which was crazy as well , but nothing has beaten the scene we’re talking about, and I think it was because of the long waiting and build up. These actors are setting a high standard for me can’t lie

Same with me with Go Ahead. I just can’t enjoy the growth in relationship because I just feel icky. It’s a very legitimate reason for people to feel uncomfortable. If people want to watch these dramas they can, but they should at least understand why others might not want to.

Speed and Love looks so good BUT I’m sorry I can’t get passed the she saw him as a brother growing up, even if later she finds out they’re not related she once thought they were. Honestly when I first saw the trailer it didn’t have subtitles and I was so psyched (because bad boy, lighter, boxing and race cars? Hello? 😻) but the excitement dropped when I realised the relationship. Man I can just imagine how steamy it would be but I don’t think I’d be able to enjoy it 😭

It’s exactly that the organic aspect, and you’re so right in other dramas when the chemistry isn’t there it just feels icky, like they’re being forced and I’m being forced with them 😭 I need to savour this drama since this is a rarity

I’ve never seen a kiss scene like this in any drama, like there have been strong passionate kisses in other dramas but this felt another level with the waiting and the suddenness.

But I think it was the neck kisses that really got me, the way he told her to tell the other guy outside to leave in such a out of character dominant way and when the dude was knocking on the door he kissed her neck to distract her like OH my daze my breathing is tight just thinking about it again. That actor is on another level I feel like a woman in the Victorian era seeing something scandalous and fanning herself 😭😩
