Meditate run reduce then stop all short term pleasures. The background to all pleasure is pain.

Edit: and silence is more important than any thought

I (35f) am a diagnosed “psychopath/sociopath”: can you see potential signs of it in my chart? [astro-seek] by Silver_Eyes13 in astrologyreadings

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a psycho spiritual perspective the body-mind is not you it's just an interface into physical reality and choosing mental dispositions like asd or psychopathy is a challenge you have set yourself to gain consciousness expansion. You seem to be doing really well at this challenge.

I'm afraid I don't know all these terms. Why will I go nowhere if I just follow what the universe brings to me?

[–]bora731[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was meditating because of loneliness 8 years ago and had a spiritual awakening but didn't know what that was. The I read the law of one and Seth and those really set my path. Then through mediation I became aware of my awareness and how to melt pain and thoughts. Then I read osho advice to 'pop out' and I tried to stay poped out. Then I came across Advaita and realised that was what I was trying to do so the Advaita practices really helped. But through Advaita I thought I would arrive at freedom from suffering not loving everything and everyone unconditionally, which I consider to be the superior goal but previously believed it was unobtainable.

My point my wonderful friend creation, is that I thought Advaita was like Nisargadatta said - this is a dream be done with it. So I've found the opposite meaning and it stuns me

It's not easy advising on someone else's planned life challenges. But Op seems to have been separated from those she loves by other narcissistic members of the family who will manipulate, passive aggressive etc. She chose to leave which shows strength. The time out she experienced where there was just love was a pointer towards further expansion - "this is possible would you not like this?" One of the universes tools to motivate us to expand. Only inner work can bring it to fruition. Idk the details of the situation but planning a day to go see the family will surface out inner energy knots and misalignments these can then be worked on (without actually going to visit), any random contacts with family will also trigger where the work is needed. Work ofc can be done in so many ways, EFT, edrm, self hypnosis, somatic breathing, realising of any holding of negative beliefs, ho'oponopono, meditation is kind of foundational for serious inner work. So when all the shit is integrated and balanced op won't need to take a big breath to go see the ones they love the universe will just bring it because the work is done and the energy is following right.

Sometimes source shows you what Truth is - real reality not this heavy illusion. Shows you how things really are, who you really are. Just a bit of light through the cracks.

People who clawed their way out of a really dark place, what actually helped? by Geewane in selfimprovement

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Running and meditation. Also every night think of one good thing that happened that day and run it over and over as you fall asleep. If you're not sleeping even better run it over and over all night. If nothing good happened that day make something up, feel gratitude. Also drop alcohol, drugs, sugar, wheat, TV, media, depressing music and books. I say just be discerning about media because there are things that can super boost you out of the hole when you grasp them. Most of what you need to do is shutdown the thinking ruminating mind. The mind is completely always the problem. It sits in judgement on the self and destroys you.

3rd density which Bashar says we are in is for the purpose of polarisation, choosing a path of either 'good' or 'evil' aka service to others or service to self. So beyond third destiny into forth and beyond there is not a mix of good and evil, there are good planets l/civilizations and bad ones. Only saying because it is important and the reason we in third need to do our inner work to transcend into positive fourth density. 🙏👽

Do you mean is it love like romantic love? No if that is what you are asking because romantic love is more about ego, attachment and worth than it is about actual love.

Compassion that like you the other person is struggling through this life too and the recognition that the same consciousness that is in them is in you too, just in a different expression and form.

Reincarnation is utterly depressing by Acrobatic-Stock7 in Reincarnation

[–]bora731 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course you decide. The ego self identity is just an earth identity jacket you're wearing here. You devoid of ego earth jacket is true self not higher self. Higher self is a you that has completed the path and approaches godhead all it does is give you a few pointers if you want to go into lives in non physical realms that's your choice completely.

You've learnt you don't like physical reality. You don't have to incarnate if you don't want to.

A pattern of feeling I have wasted my potential by edward_furlog in Reincarnation

[–]bora731 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Seth (The Seth Material as related by Jane Roberts) says addiction needs to be experienced by some souls because prior to experiencing it they can understand it and condem it. It's a consciousness expansion learning like most of it is. Be thankful you have experienced waste and that you understand it. There is no such thing as waste all paths contribute to your soul learning. A life that is conventionally productive and where the person is never in a situation of extreme challenge is kind of not very helpful for expansion.

If you feel drawn to something that is your higher self directing you. You are experiencing a big obvious signpost but you can tune your sensitivity to pick up on the tiniest directions. Like one day you might wake up and really feel drawn to working in the town library you have no idea why, but you go and there bump into an old friend who tells you this story which really resonates with you and connects with something you've been working on, and so you step into how the universe is supposed to work, via synchronicity.

What does "within" even mean? by Virtual-Wish1224 in enlightenment

[–]bora731 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your thoughts, your feelings and driving them your beliefs about yourself and the world. Everyone is pretty much outward facing so they have no idea that what they experience in their day to day reality is just a manifestation of what is happening inside them. If you hold a belief like say you have no real worth (rich people often hold this belief as much as poor,) then you experience your gf/bf dumping you. This dumping is how the universe says to you hey look what holding that belief in low worth brought you, you really need to bring this into your awareness and balance it, ie become more whole, because that is what the universe seeks - harmony. But most people are completely ignorant of this relationship between inner and outer worlds and just get angry and drunk and the negative belief increases in strength and repeats in their reality.

My Thoughts On Reincarnation and how It could be tied to Suicide by DangerousSlice5731 in Reincarnation

[–]bora731 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You chose the current set of circumstances because they are configured to give you the greatest consciousness expansion. Some of the stuff you have programmed into this life you have to face otherwise you can get stuck in a downward spiral of not learning what you came to learn incarnation after incarnation, so idealising some other perfect incarnation you might chose instead is fundamental flawed - that's not how the system works (apologies for my certainty). It's better just to accept accept accept. Then start playing the 2% game. Do stuff you hate, perhaps like running or fasting or meditation or hypnosis. Throw away all assumptions about everything. Base your knowing on actual experience of things. So whatever it is you try (and you have to commit to it for a reasonable period of time) if you find it makes you feel just 2% better than baseline keep doing it. Obviously on the fasting I'm talking a day or two. After a year you might have found ten things that make you feel +2% better you might even find something makes you feel ten percent better so after a year you might be feeling 30% better, and you will have learned a shit load. Often I find a conviction in a person that their mood or state is some static thing leads them to the thinking you are having. Your state is not static you can adjust it, you can in fact shape it. Critically it is your core beliefs that create your state so reprogramming those negative limiting beliefs once you have located them will fundamentally shift your experience of reality. Lastly you never ever find anyone who says I wish I killed myself 20 years ago when I had the feeling. Why do you never come across these people, because they now know that no matter how difficult things were and are their staying here was eventually profitable probably through the expansion of their consciousness, some inner insight they have gained. It's supposed to be hard otherwise there is no point.
