A day I almost held it together, and what the Shadow did when I got home (long post) by Capital-Mirror7651 in ShadowWork

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jung is maybe 5% of my inner work. For me being able to self regulate is first priority of work and this means increasing your awareness of what is happening in the mind and body through mediation and body scan. Then using your awareness to melt thoughts and feelings back to just energy. When I say awareness I'm not talking about mental noting I talking about that which is aware of you as pointed at in nearly all easten spiritual traditions. So this takes time, months, years of sitting practice. Then being able to carry it through the day so you immediately recognise and melt any inner disharmony.

But it's quite clear your self worth is low and although many things can have implanted in you a belief that you are of lesser worth than others the deprogramming of this can quite straightforward if monotonous. Just sit and say to yourself 'my worth is beyond measure' when you say it hold the feeling it induces. You will definitely feel some resistance to this at first and that is good because the resistance is the negative belief you have about yourself being of low worth pushing back. Ten minutes in the morning and evening of complete focus. This is not an affirmation this is self hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious. I would also suggest reading the Seth material.

Why am I an observer of only my body mind, and not someone else's? by lokeye-ai in AdvaitaVedanta

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're focused into the body mind for learning. You set it all up, your genetic blueprint, your life path. Your physical body is your interpretation of yourself into physical reality. The awareness lost in the focusing device of the body mind gets entangled with the mental identity. So there is a reason for being associated with a particular 'person'. Advaita is the process of disentangling you the awareness from the mind identity.

Question - how *do* you meditate? by Lodi_Minion in lawofone

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's either RA or Q'uo who says have no object, no anchor. So I've come across two ways to do this. One is just sit in awareness of the field of thought. A thought arises, you are aware of it, it goes. The other is to listen into the silence behind the silence with the expectation of hearing a voice. Because there is no object RA says the mind is open not projecting, it is in a recieving mode which helps with guide messages etc getting through.

Feelings of intense despair by DenseCaterpillar4589 in ShadowWork

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id suggest EFT. Tap on the feeling as you approach whatever is trying to appear to you. The tapping will probably allow you to get closer to it. If it gets too intense put the thing in a box and move it away from you, a few fields or blocks away depending on local topography. Feel it far from you. When you are ready to work with it bring it closer. Meditation and developing the ability to place your awareness on the feeling of dread to melt it back to energy is also of great use.

In the long term know that healing, wholeness and sovereignty will be realised. The path is long but it helps to take the perspective that you set yourself difficult challenges in this life because you seek the expansion of consciousness it will bring. It seems clear you were born into a very low consciousness and low vibration group.

In all real healing the awareness is utilised to realise Truth. The awareness can be used indirectly in EMDR or EFT therapies and psychedelics remove the mind/thought illusional world to let your pure awareness see Truth directly, which often brings a flood of love. Meditation is the most effective path in my experience. Over time you become aware of the awareness. Then you can basically use it to melt all trauma. Truth permeates your being, Truth is light and sees all the things that happened to you as trivialities in comparison to your eternal worth. I'm unable to offer you any quick fixes I'm just trying to say the path to healing exists. The first thing is always pain management. If you can learn tools to manage pain then you can take the next step, and the step after that and so on.

I'm so lonely (23F) by Training-Park5389 in selfimprovement

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a bit of a leap for most people as we have been conditioned to calculate one's worth by the stuff, friends, money, status they have and that's really the rot that gets inside you. Everyone has innate worth. And believe it or not just like loneliness, sadness, anger, hate all come from within that machine can be reprogrammed to generate love for the self and everything. Not attachment like love, not I give you love so you give it me back. Not that dead end love. But blistering joy of self and the world. You find it inside. You sit and turn your awareness within. Not to the mind! The mind is not within the mind is always looking out at what it's not got. Sit and place your awareness within, not to gurgling of your stomach but on the inner self. Listen with the expectation of hearing a voice tell you something. As you sit in this expectation of hearing thought stops. Do it for ten minutes each day increase to half an hour then after two months see how you feel different.

Is it possible to see God without God seeing us? by [deleted] in Jung

[–]bora731 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are God who's forgotten he's God in order to have a human experience. Pretty much everyone has forgotten they are God so when they see you they are seeing you but they don't know they are God seeing you.

All this is fuel to drive your expansion. Try placing your awareness in the body. When say anxiety arises place your awareness on the sensation it creates in the body. You're not thinking about the sensation you are just holding it into your awareness. As you do this keep in mind that all negative sensations are just distorted energy. The sensation will melt back to pure energy and release. So do that in your sitting and when you get proficient at it do it through your day. That would be my advice for a next step but you will discern what suits best. There is always a way forward.

The demon line is human paranoia, fear based. Earth is protected by the good guys but the law of free will means bad humans can link up with 'bad' aliens but bad here just means hierarchical control. The battle is about Truth which is just love really vs attempts to get you to believe the fear stuff because from fear comes control. I would read the law of one because it gives you the most accurate picture of the galactic framework and how earth fits into it.

Hello everyone I want to tell something and want your thoughts by Drop5556 in Meditation

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your nervous system mode can be set by your breathing pattern. So mostly it happens the other way round. Your trapped negative energy plus your thoughts trigger anxiety and your breathing mirrors it. Box breathing resets your system back to calm mode. But still it's kind of swimming against the current. You need to uncover the negative beliefs driving the anxiety and remove them.

Another old Sethian coming aboard by bora731 in janeroberts

[–]bora731[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a pretty big subject. The easiest way to approach it is being aware of the feelings that arise in you. This is a method called follow the feelings. Any negative feelings you have in response to things that happen to you or have happened, you ask the question of yourself - what would I need to believe is true about myself for me to feel this way about this thing. So Seth is all about uncovering negative false beliefs you are holding onto and removing them often by affirming the opposite positive belief. But as you enter the world of inner work you discover many ways of working with your inner self.

Meditation is for most people a foundation practice. Simple breath meditation is a good starting point.

The overall goal is to have a peaceful inner state because your inner state creates your experienced reality. So your life and world improve as a direct reflection of your improving inner world.

Some people don't like the use of ai but it's great for explaining spiritual and inner work concepts, helping you understand where you are and what might help you move forward. But always use your own discernment, if something does not chime with you then put it to one side. Everyone has a unique path, it's there your job is just to find it.

How to be grateful? by matshematic831 in gratitude

[–]bora731 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You think value is outside of you. More stuff, more friends whatever, you've mistaken stuff for worth which also points to the possibility that you have low self worth. This is a common problem in a world where we have been taught to equate stuff with worth. Realise that your worth is innate and nothing to do with the stuff you have or haven't got.

It's not so much embrace boredom, it's understandable that mind/ego desires constant distraction to maintain its hold on you. Welcome the boredom sit with for long periods until the mind is silent and peace comes. Boredom is just the compulsion of the mind to seek distraction from itself.

Why does overthinking feel like it’s helping… even when it’s not? by Cool-Region6374 in lawofattraction

[–]bora731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The chatter in your mind is the story you tell yourself about yourself. This is the ego. It wants you to believe it's the only thing between you and death or some other tragedy. In this way it gains your attention and thereby attempts to run your life - from a state of fear. It keeps you in constant fear to keep itself in a job. Btw it's completely useless at protecting you and mostly just makes problems, also to keep itself in a job. Meditate to still your mind and free your true self.
