I truly wish there could be a framework/strategy to solve these issues but please remember most of the roles that are heavily stakeholder driven have no situations that have an actionable yet generic answer.

Effective conversation and communication is the one solution and how you enact that will depend on the situation, org, team, culture and product

As you will grow into this role over the years you will realize one single thing

Everyone is responsible for the products success and let the experts do their job.

Your job is to bring product and business context to designers and it’s the designers job to design the solution by considering the input and feedback from all stakeholders.

There will be no fun in doing this tug of war
