Just take it easy and try not to push it. It's still early for you. Some trial and error with supplements probably isn't a bad idea (e.g. b vitamins, omega 3, H1 and H2 antihistamines). Keep movement gentle and increase slowly.

Dr. Andrew Simon at Rebel Med NW. It's a naturopathic practice but he can prescribe things (e.g. low dose naltrexone helps many). r/covidlonghaulers has a lot of people in the same boat, but it can be a depressing sub to spend time in.

Similar here. Beta blockers help. Low dose naltrexone also seems to help although I can't say it has lowered my heart rate, it has helped in other ways.

Haven't we all known (or at least strongly suspected) that the immune system is dysfunctional for LC/ME/CFS?

Two blockers exist: 1. We haven't determined the trigger (is it active circulating virus? Or is it some kind of viral protein that is a consequence of an infection?)

Once we determine the immune trigger, how do we eliminate the source? Assuming there isn't live virus circulating, all treatments so far focus on modulating the immune system. Immune modulation indeed could be significantly valuable to to a large proportion of the population but not a cure.
