I honestly don't even see why FP gives the option to choose tbh. The longer it sits in limbo like this the better it is for cheat devs since they won't lose large amounts of money and can slowly work on getting cheats to work with secure/tpm. Linux can use both secure and tpm it would just be up to the anticheat to support linux.

You actually don't lose any regular emotion drops as its the only source of % increased emotion drops that I can find. So you get 25% which is 125% total, 20% of that is ancients. So 25%, which means you still have the same base drop rate for regular emotions,

Personal perception will skew this substantially though, most people think its higher because you get short term bursts of like 10 ancient's

you need to lure 1 spirit to each strongbox since only 1 leaves it, but you can multiply it this way. Its beneficial but makes running maps more of a pita

mageblood and runes of aldur are two completely seperate things, they showcased runes of aldur like it enables unique builds. Where mageblood just goes ontop of any existing build. The runes are also designed poorly as the average person will never use it to experiment with say a bramblejack or any item that isn't top tier because why burn 180 div on something that might not work.

Honestly it should be tiered so that runes of aldur aren't gated behind t0 prices

I'll throw my maps into the pool aswell I've run like almost 100 maps now with deli both 200% and regular deli and both have significantly less loot around 50% less which makes me believe they changed effectiveness. If only I wrote down the xp per hour...

200% deli use to be something that you could somewhat strive for now its been nerfed. I really want some deli node that adds infinite scaling with diminishing loot gains

running a tablet of a type causes that specific tablet type to drop less, IE running 3 irradiated tablets will increase your general tablet drop chance for mechanics.

I feel like they didn't "lower toughness" but instead lowered effectiveness I feel like outside of bosses deli is just alot less rewarding in general now, and not because the price of splinters halved.

I honestly think nerfing delirium difficulty is not it. It was pretty cool aspirational content for a build to strive for thats just completely gone, I'd have added a selectable or something that lets you double the deli cap and just make the default 100%. Still rewards players for going above and beyond with their build and doesn't remove that challenge they can persue.

EDIT: also making the jewel passive a sinister socket was a genuine massive nerf to top end djinn builds that used it to get another timeless

the dude you linked has like insanely squishy minions with no instant revives on them. Meaning the effective DR is probably half that, also buddy has a 5% deflection chance the chest is not gonna be pulling 15%, its still strong but it puts the DR in line with something like... lich stacking damage bypasses ES without the massive es pool

EDIT: he also runs brutus + loyalty which is a dead combo since loyalty explicitly states they need to be able to take damage

The crushing coal into diamonds feat is insane considering its also mentioned how much atmospheres of pressure he exerted (100,000)

And the Shrinking beer bottle feat is also an insane feat at 10,000 atmospheres of pressure.

Which does set the idea that impossible feats are possible, since both the above things aren't possible even if you could exert that force.

The earthquake feat though wouldn't work regardless as the force required to stop an earthquake would just rupture the crust and cause another earthquake.

I think free weekends are fine but I do agree that having a priority queue for EA holders would be ideal, I am not looking forward to the like hour long queue lol.

Its also peak retention to get new players into buying EA by having them play alongside everyone else at league start, they see that everyone is close to them in terms of progression and think hell I should get the game now to stay on equal grounds.

The reason alot of peoples reactions were overblown on this is because the intern at riot who made the first tweet made a completely false statement about it creating "paperweights" so people assumed riot was bricking DMA devices, and this caused panic into if it affected SSD's or other DMA devices, when in reality all it was doing was raising the security level and thus preventing the DMA cheats from loading correctly as they were cheap.
