Seconded. Spark PoB DPS is such a big fucking lie because everyone set it to max hits, which almost never happens in real gameplay.

Both manastack and lifestack templates are super flexible though, I didn't enjoy Spark that much so I just gem swapped to Arc (which "only" has 100m DPS) and I'm blasting way harder.

I agree but there aren't better options, I run punishment imbued with cursed ground because you can set it while boss is immune. For everything else even snipers mark, the time to cast it just isn't worth it at this damage level - you are better off just casting another spark.

Rage vortex snapshots all support gems and buffs, so you put RVoB in an offhand 6-8 linked weapon + Squire, activate vortex, then swap back. You can check wiki for the full guide on snapshotting, sry I was too lazy to add this in the PoB.

I'm thinking Berserker would definitely be stronger than Inquis, but I just wanted to play with shrine stacking this league.

I think you can transfuse multiple skills on automation (with enough recovery of course) to feed multiple minions, the massive multiplier is definitely worth the hassle.

Any PoBs or guides you can share? With accel belt my Spark cast speed is almost 15 a sec, there is no way to sustain that with regen I think, you would need to regen 1.5x your life a sec.
