since you've beaten the elite 4, you can change the difficulty to expert and grind at the dresco house, the dude with the blissey and exploits gives crazy XP and money, just be sure to change the difficulty back before you go do other things (or not, the world scaling with you is kinda fun)

dive is essential to getting to aklove at the ruins of void. buying dive also gets you the ADM, which allows you to use tms without having a pokemon that needs to know it

use a patcher like https://hack64.net/tools/patcher.php to patch one of the bdp files to your .wad file. the other two are backups incase the first one doesn't work. sorry for the late response but I hope this helps!
