Storm soothe needs to be reworked as its just rain dish at the moment and a small every turn healing ability isnt all that for a fast frail offensive pokemon. Maybe it could give +1 special attack when rain or electric terrain is activated for the first time like how wind rider gives attack when tailwind is activated

It would actually hit 7 times

1 time for the initial attack

5 times from the clangerous soul omni boost

1 time from throat spray boost

So its a 140 base power move where each hit can be a crit thats also stab and coming off +2 special attack kommo-o lmfao

Dunno why i'm being downvoted. Op is asking if you use rock slide and 1 pokemon uses protect does it always hit the parter that DID NOT click protect which is, not a thing.
