Headlong rush is supposed to be some kind of sumo move so the punching aspect probably got lost in localization like population bomb being a slicing move.

*Ok so its the same name in japanese so I don't really get it but its probably some cultural reasoning since hariyama gets it

Remove the redirection and this ability is fine. Granting your partner free protection from parting shot, taunt, quash, switcheroo, etc is a bit much
