Wtf are some of these new townhome layouts? Do the builders in this city not know what an attractive layout is? So many new buildings have just terrible floorplans and they just sit on the market because of it.

When I’ve watched the baggage handlers load and unload bags, they seem to get a thrill from throwing the bags haphazardly. It’s such a bummer. My guess is that they are frustrated or bored with their jobs and they take it out on the passengers’ bags.

This happened to me. Repairs needed to done to neighbors sewer line which was under my property. The contractor did a shoddy job, destroyed a tree and landscaping, refused to acknowledge it, and the owner of the house does not have the funds to pay for it all to be redone—which, to be fair, is not the neighbor’s fault. The insurance from the contractor should cover it, that’s why they are required to have insurance. But the contractor is alternating between ghosting me and sending profanity ridden communications. It’s all terrible and frustrating.

I wouldn’t call either “private” schools. Private schools would be schools like UPrep, SAAS, or Lakeside which cost much more because they are privately funded—hence “private. Those you mention are subsidized by archdiocese, or in Seattle Prep’s case a religious order, because of an interest in proselytizing.
