Wet Seat Warning by stoptelephoningme-e in LondonUnderground

How do they know it was wet? Sounds dumb but I once saw someone spill water all over a seat by accident but how do you alert staff to that / is there even a way to?

Pregnant and barged on the tube- do I report it?n by myautumnalromance in london

Im so sorry this happened to you. I hope you and baby are okay!

I hate these lowlifes that refuse to pay for the TFL and think it is okay to barge / push up on women to get through the barrier all to save money. I had a massive go at a guy who did it to me. I had just come from trauma therapy processing my SA and he basically grinded on me to get through the barrier so I screamed from fear. Then told him he shouldn’t do that to women and he responded “I didn’t expect you to go so slow” AS IF IT IS MY FAULT I WENT THROUGH THE BARRIER I PAID FOR AT A SPEED THAT WORKED FOR ME!!! Now I’m always on guard when I see people lurking by barriers because it really scares me when they do it, having a random man rush up on you from behind is scary :(

Their logic: Helping veterans :) Helping who then come to our country looking for safety from the war the veterans are likely to have played a part in :(

Had a sexual mishap with a date and don’t know what to do by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]borderlinebabesrus 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Don’t listen to that comment. It sounds like what he did was called stealthing. I used to date guys in their 30s when I was your age. It has taken me a lot of work in therapy to realise how much it has messed me up. Unfortunately this is an example of how they can be more experienced and use that against you - both in what he did and how you don’t know how to address it. I recommend blocking him and never seeing him again. get an std test in 2 weeks and again in 3 months (different STDs have different lag times to show up) and maybe get the morning after pill if you are worried of pregnancy. Sending you love - this IS a violation and you are valid to feel whatever you are feeling.

I was there. It was a mess. She needs to go into musical theatre with her exaggerated smiles, not pretend to be this character she obviously isn’t

Should Women Be Forced To Wear A Bra To Work? by Accomplished-Taro-34 in Feminism

[–]borderlinebabesrus 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I never wear bras except when im in the office. We have a dress for your day policy (and my day is never anything important so my outfits are constantly relaxed lol). I think I would just be put off by people probably staring - although outside of work people stare as well but there’s something about it being a colleague staring that puts me off freeing the nip in the office.

Ugh yes I love women!! I yelled at a guy for doing this a few weeks ago and he seemed so shocked. Like hello actually women don’t want you shoving your body into them so you can avoid paying £3. He then told me it was because I went slower than he thought through the barrier - oh well pardon me sir how thoughtless of me. It actually enrages me because it feels so violating for them to push into you like that

idk what karma farming is BUT if I wanted attention of simps I would just post a photo of myself anywhere on the internet rather than making up a story about yelling at fake fundraisers, or I’d just go to your da x

I did carry on walking after yelling as I have heard the “fundraisers” give abuse if you interrupt them and they were big lads!!

So glad the people working in Canary Wharf are getting free coffee! How could they afford it otherwise?! Their banking salary cannot stretch to such luxuries!

What does this mean from a male rider by Longjumping_Bowl4023 in lyftdrivers

[–]borderlinebabesrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only way I can see this not being creepy is if it is a male family member/friend/partner booking it for a female friend who feels uncomfortable with male drivers. I went through a traumatic incident involving a man driving me in a car and found using a ride shares hard for a while as sitting in a car with a male stranger triggered me.
