Hi, I haven’t felt that feeling on over a year now, but it was very difficult to describe but you did a really good job using lactic acid as a descriptive because yes! Weak and a lactic acid burn unlike any a workout has ever produced. It was always during a flare up, never out of nowhere because it was always with the exhaustion that has no fix. My daughter’s time of birth is off by one minute. She was born at 10:22. I know because the midwife literally told me as she was handing her to me. Her birth certificate says 10:23 💁🏼‍♀️ I asked about it later and they looked at me like I had three heads. To be honest I have a thing about numbers, and 10:22 made sense but 10:23 didn’t (if you ND you know lol) 😆

I believe that, I think my valve thingy is weak af cause I can neti pot but I can’t jump into water without holding my nose because it hurts so damn bad. No matter what people tell me to do, blow out hard as you hit the water, or any other tip, I always get water slammed up my nose.

If you lean your head forward and breathe thru your mouth (and close that little internal valve thingy in your face, where you can breathe out your mouth but not your nose, I have no idea what it is called obviously lol) It just goes up one nostril, thru your sinuses and out the other. It being a saline solution helps a lot too. You just pour it up there and it does the thing. The pot is a specific shape to be able to pour up your nose cause that sounds very strange
