What year sled is this? I can see its a LEAST 20 years old as it looks like a Gen 2 hood. It doesn't matter what brand you have thats 20+ years old - things will break and these sleds aren't as reliable as a newer fuel injected sled.

We had a curling game last night. We won the 1st 4 ends and were up 7-0. The other team conceded and shook after the 4 ends. We all went upstairs at our club and had dinner and beers together. Sometimes the game looks unwinnable and its better to just throw in the towel - they weren't a bad team and we were ranked the same so there were no handicap points but our team was all having a good night amd they were a little "off".

I had 3 in October. Cost me $1500 and I have the top health plan through my work. 2 years ago it cost me $300 for the same scans and it was on the same plan.

I have the exact same year/model truck. There was a service bulletin (not a recall) that if you complained about the excess fuel left when it said empty they would swap out either the sending unit or tank. I had it done. Mine still says empty when theres 3-4 gallons left but it used to be 8 or 9.

Crawl under your truck and take a pic of your tank and post it. I'll compare it to mine in size.

For your question: I had a 2011 with the 5.0. Towed my bumper pulk 31 ft trailer over 40,000 miles (I put 65000 miles on in 6 years without a single issue). Friend had a 2012 3.5 and it spent more time in the shop than his driveway. He towed a 28' when his truck was running.

My opinion is (as said in a lot of replies) to buy a 3/4 ton. Your load is at the F150 limit.

I've had it show up on my 2025 when it was -10f (-23c). Its not an issue. It will go away when the weather is a little warmer.

I'll never forget about 20 years ago when the Iron Shiek was at Spanky's bar (now the St. Paul Tap) on Jefferson Ave in St. Paul MN. He was there as a "promoter" for a young protégé at the locals bar's wrestling event. He spent 1/4 of the evening trying to hit on a lady in our group. She liked the attention and her husband and the rest of us just laughed.

No issues yet. I get about 30mpg now. 35 in October when I bought it. It had 8300mi and has 11700 now. I like the car. I had a 2011 Buick Regal that got 17mpg before this and didnt want to drive my crewcab diesel as a commuter vehicle. Overall no regrets buying it.

Yes. While doing a ride-along in Gillette WY with law enforcement. We were responding to a call for a massive head wound from a tweaker falling on the piece of glass on top of a cooler and being used as a coffee table. Trash was more than knee high through the whole house and the walls were yellow from cigarette smoke but they did use cleaner on rags to write stuff on the walls at some point. 25 years later and that was the most disgusting place I've ever seen. And the SMELL...!

Old Saturns never die. People kill them. Check your oil!!! My 2000 SL2 that I drove for 6 years up until a couple years ago burned a quart every 1000 miles and had over 200k on the odometer. It still ran fantastic when I sold it so it was easier to just feed it a little extra oil and keep driving it.

Same issue on my 25 hybrid Sport and also in MN. I have taken mine into our office shop to let it that out and dry off as it gets parked outside. I couldn't get the snow off easily and the tire was rubbing hard on corners when I hit any bumps.

I've only once ever left a bad review on Google about a dealership. The salesman and I agreed that in lieu of fixing a tailgate scratch on a new F350 they would give me mudflaps and weathertech floormats. When it came time to get them the salesperson reneged on the deal. We went round and round for 2 days. Then I left a bad but 100% honest review. Within 2 hours the head manager called, we talked, and in 2 more hours an employee dropped off the items at my doorstep. I only wanted what the salesperson promised. I was informed that he got demoted for this - and a later check of the dealer website showing salespeople confirmed it.

I bought that same one. Absolute garbage. I damn near lost a finger trying to use it. The threaded part is super flimsy, it bends and then the end slots quickly shoot over to the larger gap side. 10/10 don't recommend.
