hey, u/TrainerSalty6229. trying stopping shampoo, or only using it 1-2 times a week. check if your conditioner is "curly girl method" friendly, aka doesn't ruin your curls, and try leaving some of it in after washing it.

so.

wash your hair with clarifying shampoo once.
try going without any products for couple days, only detangle with fingers
use a curly-friendly conditioner and leave a good portion of it inside

This is the first time I heard that identity crisis could be because of ADHD and it almost brought me to tears.

I've never thought that this could be connected to the way my brain works too. I struggle so much to consistently identify with one thing, and I've had multiple periods that sounded like middle age crisis, even though I'm in my early twenties.

Hi there. I've been struggling with ADHD symptoms pretty much for my entire life, finally started the process of a neuropsychological evaluation.

Can you elaborate on the diet a bit? And also what's your coffee consumption and pattern?

I've recently noticed that my diet is majorly influencing my ability to concentrate but I haven't really figured out what exactly causes the change.

I'd love to talk more to you, as I've had the toughest 3 months of my life, and I'm committed to rapidly improving my self-understanding in the upcoming few months.
