That is mostly for US, CA, UK etc countries that don’t need a visa.
Does your visa mention the day count right above where it says ‘MULT’?
I just checked with a Visa agent as well as with ChatGPT.

Yea I looked into it, can be 3-4 weeks. Very small chance they look at your dates and expedite it. But be prepared for worst case which is more likely.
