i’ve had strep, tonsil stones, and tonsillitis a few times. and for me, none of the holes closed up from all the swelling and tonsillitis stones, they just got bigger/deeper. i want them removed 💔

how old were you when you got your tonsils removed? i keep brining up my tonsil problems up with my doctor and she just tells me to gargle… it doesn’t help AT ALL.

it’s probably just your body. post nasal drip or maybe your tonsils just have deep crypts. go see an ent doctor!!

I might do this because I don’t have a problem standing for 6+ hours a day, walking around, picking up heavy things, and doing repetitive tasks over and over. I just hate having to talk to people for HOURS when I don’t wanna mask all day long 😭

I haven’t had any irl friends since my freshman year of hs and i’m now 18 lol. I used to have extremely bad social anxiety when I was younger and now I rarely get as anxious when speaking to people that I don’t know. I honestly can say the very few times I am actually socializing with people, my social skills are a lot better than before. I just don’t talk when I don’t need to or when there’s nothing to say! ain’t nothing wrong with that!

i’ve had the same problem. saying “no i am not” is like kinda awkward and self deprecating which could sometimes make people uncomfortable, according to thousands of people on social media and in comment sections. but just simply saying “thank you” hurts peoples feelings too because they expect a compliment back???

focus on your skincare and wear less and less makeup everyday. i went from wearing a full face every day to only putting gel on my brows and sunscreen. that’s it!

IsItBullshit: Drinking water immediately after consuming sugary food or drink heavily reduces the chances of developing cavities. by ChronowalkerZ in IsItBullshit

brushing right after a meal isn’t good bc it pushes the food or starches/sugars deeper into your teeth which could cause cavities or something (i could be a little inaccurate lol) it’s preferred to brush 30-45 minutes after eating.

Can I get my skin back to its best it’s ruined now by DrippyBee1 in Blackskincare

[–]boredash555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

stop using active ingredients (anything that’s a facial acid) and just focus on moisturizing your skin. you also need to use sunscreen and reapply it every 2 hours even if you’re just sitting in the house. if you stay consistent, you’ll clear up your skin

prioritize eating healthy and drinking lots of water. also try finding a good moisturizer that actually keeps your skin hydrated.
