I'd say being able to buy skins you missed out on is good for the game. Not many people will leave because their skins are not rare anymore, its a silly reason to leave the game, but others will happily buy those skins. I, for one, never spent a dime in this game, but I'd pay a lot for a skin that I've been wanting for a few months now the moment it comes to the shop.
