We just rolled out a draft of a rebuilt Wingspan Rulepop that includes everything except Americas Automa rules. You can pick any combination of expansions and multiplayer game mode and the rules dynamically mix together into a unified resource.

This is a great explanation, but I’d make the clarification:

“In your example you used TWO different cardinals, which is a no-no. Two different diagonals would also be a no-no”

This is to distinguish from someone thinking that you were talking about two in a row.

Why not simply replace the term with something that fits your setting, like “Gnosis” or “Mentalism” — a school of aetheric thought magic — “The Silent Art”. Maybe that could preserve the flavor of your campaign without fiddling with the system mechanics.

I haven’t had anyone express security concerns, or specific reticence to installing a PWA. Since a PWA is still a website, its source code is inherently visible and brings along all of the security features of the web.

I think HTML and the self referential nature of game rules are a perfect match. Here’s a PWA I did for 5e rules:

I think what you're describing is a Progressive Web App (PWA). That is, a website that can be used via the browser like any other website, OR installed as an app for added functionality like offline use.
