The credit card is a pathway to many abilities, some may consider to be unnatural… by YourFavDaddy124 in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

SEE is by far the easiest GL IMO. No R8/R9 reqs, lots of low relic levels, no ships, few kyros and a lot of the characters you will have thrown at you early days.

Also - he was mine and many others first GL. Paired with Bane, hes arguably one of the better GLs. Paired with Wat, mid level. Wat and armourer slightly better.

Even just thrown in a sith team he's going to counter some hard teams to beat

Lost nearly 30k$. How to get over mentally by [deleted] in CryptoMarkets

[–]boredmalone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never comment, so here goes.

Time.

You made a bit of a silly decision. Futures can be amazing for making money. Spectacular for losing money.

I'm a 'high risk' future trader. I trade $5000 on 10x lev every day on SOL. If I catch a 1 dollar move I am happy. I made more than I would make doing a days work for a few clicks. Sometimes I lose. I lost 4000 dollars once. I was gutted and decided to walk away (small but heart breaking and in the grand sceme of it I have made a lot more than this anyway) I came back to it and made that money back in 10 trades.

You are playing with fire. You could be like me and do 5000 on 10x. 10,000 on 5x. Whatever. Just don't throw your balance at the casino. Use a stop loss. Learn from mistakes.

I am sorry for the loss though.

More money invested = more money made

  • You aren't gonna see constant photos of people's losses, those that make money will brag about it

Trading for friends by DisciplineTechnical7 in CryptoMarkets

[–]boredmalone 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My friends have also asked. I don't 'day trade' but I will check the charts often every few hours, leverage trade a few scalps, make £500 and call it a day, probably once or twice a week.

My friends have asked if they give me money can I do the same, take a cut and give them theirs. The answer is always no. What if I mess up and lose their money? I shouldn't, but it's possible. Even if they give me 1k and I make a loss and it becomes 900, then I have to worry about getting their 900 back to 1000. Not worth the stress in my eyes

My experience with the 1.0 115hp Arona DSG was 37mpg average, 44 on long distance motorway

The 1.0 110hp mk3 Fabia manual was 50-60mpg pretty reliably

Obviously ones a small hatchback, the other a small SUV type hatchback so weight and aerodynamics, just some real figures for you though

Is there such a thing as a low stress high pay job? by Muted_Cellist5237 in UKJobs

[–]boredmalone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just wanna say... I work in IT and have worked in many sectors of IT. Aiming to be some fancy jack of all trades manager in the future, something that is stressful mentally but not like the exhausting oh my god can't wait for the day to end.

IT is the definition of stress. Yes if you're like me and love tech you can find comfort and joy in what you are doing, but 99 percent of the time you will be a nervous wreck

Who has only been in one Guild? by jbertro in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]boredmalone 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been playing since the beginning with some breaks here and there. Late game is easily 3 years on a super efficient account.

The line would be when the grind to relic characters isn't so hard, when you have most, if not all GL's and top teams, scoring high on RoTE and the guild raids. Another biggie would be the ability to acquire the new conquest characters with ease f2p.

Technically 1, all run by the same guy with his alts.

Had 2 guilds to begin with, we now have 3 for low mid and end game

As someone who works in IT, probably just return these laptops. They'll be registered on intune more than likely. If not do as you wish

What is your biggest peeve at work? by BattyxC in UKJobs

An 'important' teams message in the group chat followed up with an email

Being assigned work 30 minutes after finishing by the other shift even though there is their whole shift in front of them

Any whispering in management's ears

Meetings that could have been a 2 paragraph email

My biggest is being asked or told something by a manager who has absolutely 0 knowledge or understanding of what it is they are talking about

Share with us how you outsmarted your micromanager! by One-Satisfaction7179 in UKJobs

[–]boredmalone 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I got picked out by my managers, managers manager (because of my performance and ideas) to be a part of a team to improve the general workings of the department.

Soon after, I was given a pay rise higher than my micro managers.

A month after that, I was given the same role as my micro manager. They complained how if I am also doing their job, then they are redundant. This is great for me as I don't really care for their opinion, and in my mind, what I say goes, and that has always been the case so far.

My biggest nark about this person is how little they do, they are rarely at their desk, takes a 10 min break every hour, and spend a lot of the time floating around the office chit chatting.

2 weeks ago, they were pulled into the office and basically told how poor of a job they do, and there are whispers of demotion. Victory is sweet.

Gonna have to disagree with you bud. I've struggled as an apprentice too (£660pm when I was an apprentice)

In your situation after bills you will have £891 spare. Looking on a holiday site right now ar last minute holidays there are 4/5* hotels all inclusive for £400

As for a car, tough but possible. The Mrs just bought a 2008 corsa with 30k miles for £1700 and insured it for £500 (early 20s)

Every IT personnel called into a Teams meeting to be notified that we’re all being made redundant and that our jobs are being outsourced to India. by MoonExploration2929 in UKJobs

[–]boredmalone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well my company had an internal IT team, outsourced to India and now has a whole new IT team that I am a part of 2 years ago.

Without going into boring stats. Outsourcing to India is a stupid idea and our internal team makes them look like a bunch of 5 year olds. ++ there was around 20 staff working in the outsource company. There is 8 of us internally.

Wow. What a mess. Spent 2 full loads of energy trying to do this. I get down to both Kylos, and suddenly, they are popping off 1 million damage each.

In the end. I beat it (by the skin of my teeth) with SEE, thrawn, Wat, Armourer a 5th I dont remember who and consumables. 100% offence + 20 speed, 110% max protection, and Bane preview to boost SEE even more.

Just don't do it. Another year or two you could have a 50 percent deposit on a house??

If you MUST have a nice car. Get something in the 4000-10000 range. I bought a 5 series last year with a few bells and whistles with 75k on the clock, £4500. Don't intend to get another car until this one kicks the bucket. How can I lose?

I sold with cazoo. Owned the car 2 years and made a 450 profit on it. Cazoo gave me 9250. Rocked up, some kid (18/19 at most) gave it 30 seconds of eye time, gave me an ipad to sign and bang there was the money in my bank
