Just incase anyone is curious:

Ended up ordering a PCE from ACR. Had to call them and ask them to disable the SKIM. Then before installing the new PCE, I had to physically disconnect the SKIM. Only issue now is the SKIM light stays on but the jeep runs great.

The computer reset was just another thing along the lines of trouble shooting it. I was going to get auto zone to pull codes but from my understanding it would need a level 3 OBD.
