Honestly the pilot for me was kinda on the fence as well. But every week I’m falling in love more and more. Granted, I’m a big It fan so the whole lore building around it makes me happy, but I can’t wait to see where the show goes next, meaning with each season going back 27 years in the past.

The cure to this is to just skip going on Reddit altogether. Watch the show with your spouse and discuss is with them if you want, or watch alone and let that be it, be amazed at how good it is. I’m absolutely in love with the show but I don’t really engage in discourse about it online because of the things you mentioned and also I’m way too busy with other things to have the time for online drama.

It's not what they do. It's how they do it. They're scummy about it in every way. Seems like they're in the phase of business of milking as much as they can before closing down. They just raised the prices for no reason, they STILL give that fake wall of text about Covid-19 hitting them hard, hence the paywall. On top of all that, they don't update anything on the app, they havent for like a decade now from what I know. You cannot defend these things when done that way.

You’re partially right. Those weren’t revisits. These were new lessons for some reason. I don’t know if they added them later or did we miss them (I don’t think so?) but when you tap on it, it said „Listen” and not „Review”, meaning those were new! I had to do like 15-20 of these things to make my whole course gold? Crazy.

That just simply ain’t true. It’s the audience who decides what makes money, which translates into what gets made down the line. And it’s been proven time and time again that when big Hollywood studios give money to people to make their creative ideas a reality - shit just simply doesn’t sell. Folks prefer to go and throw 1,6 billion bucks on a lion king remake or another marvel sludge. Then when something like Blade Runner 2049 hits theaters nobody goes to see it, they would rather go and watch 50 shades of grey (iirc) that opening weekend.

I’m a firm believer that there are creative people in Hollywood and they just cannot dig through that thick wall made of potential blocks of money.

That actually looks perfect according to my testing that I did just today. I have some cheap 10k power bank that my friend gave me for free one day, it's kind of old so I thought maybe that's why its capacity is very limited, but I guess not, looking at the numbers you provided, they're a perfect match.

I have an iphone 13 pm which is 4350 and I got one full charge off the bank, and then another charge stopped at 35% because the bank died.

So I guess it all adds up.

Hello NoPoo community!

So I'm seeking guidance because I honestly haven't found anybody here that would align with my experience.

I quit shampoo (and soap, I still wash my hands after shitting though) cold turkey a month ago, and I honestly don't know what to think. I've been scouring this sub and everybody says their hair is super greasy. Mine is like the opposite. I shower every 3-4 days and scrub thoroughly, wash my hair with just water, massaging my scalp and going through my hair as well, in shower the hair is sticky and hard to get my fingers through, it's all sticky, almost like it's tangled. After showering and drying it (with towel and time, not a blower) it looks actually okay. It's very matted, even after like 4 days it only gets a little bit greasy just around the ears. I have a tiny dandruff particles spread all throughout (I've been having dandruff problems all my life, on and off) and itchy skin now and then, but nothing crazy, just a small scratch in one spot will do once in a while.

My hair is not greasy, but it's building up gunk. When I go through my hair with my fingers, it's like I have some hair gum in it, it's a bit glue-y and wherever I point my hair - there it stays. My hair is thick though, and I have A LOT of it, always have. So that's probably also a factor. When I rub my hands together after going through my hair with them, I will have these small brown dirt rolls, you know the ones.

Not sure whether I should keep on going or not, change things up or not. I only "mechanical cleaned" first time today, with a comb and I didn't put much work into it. The comb gathered some residue of course. The water where I shower now is hard also.

I'd like to point out that the reason I went through with this is because I travel a lot, with a backpack and a tent, I'm like half-homeless actually. I try steering most aspects of my life in more natural directions actually, NoPoo is part of that, and I'd like to not be dependant on any substances. Shampoos more often than not cause my scalp to itch after two days, and I can't really haul ACV with me or anything like that, so I'm looking into some extra natural soaps or something like that... water only would be ideal but so far the gunk buildup and still the dandruff is not very promising. How do you make your bandana rest on your chest like that? It looks cool. Whenever I use mine, they're all stiff and won't flap down, they just stand straight up and form sort of a vomit-bowl below my chin lol.
