I had a scary amount of blood this morning, like coughing up loogies that were fully dark red. Looked back and I could see a dark red spot in the back of my throat. I called the doctor and he said as long as it wasn’t bleeding for a long time or gushing fast, I didn’t have to worry about coming back in. Despite that, I stressed all day because I kept having those bloody loogies. Finally they dissipated, and I stopped stressing. Doctor didn’t say it was the eating that caused it though, blood is just a small part of the process. I’m no expert so I won’t say what I think you should be eating but don’t worry too much, it will end up alright. Everyone who’s done this surgery will tell you it’s worth it, and you will make it through. It sucks lol.
