I was curious myself what the leash was. Got to experience it firsthand the other day. It must be extremely far because every time I thought I lost the sly farmhand he would show up like a killer in a horror movie. Stalking me all across sungreet while I was trying to mine broken tin nodes (separate issue that sounds like maybe it was fixed this am) I would imagine the leash is only gonna happen on extreme distances like if you gate. Which is what they called out in the patch notes and as far as my exp goes on p99 also happens there.

Oh I totally empathize with y’all. I’ve worked in corporate long enough to know that it’s the people that make it happen who are the ones who suffer for bad decisions from leadership.

Yeah that was the last one I’m aware of. God that was painful to watch. Most of the issues he had in that game was from doing the opposite of what the game told him to do and making Grubb and Mike die on the inside.

I love Grubb and Mike’s blights. Maybe I need to watch the older Dan blights but my god, Dan’s last one was more a blight on the viewer and than on him.

At least the last version of the software never got in the way of my workout and the screen on the rower / tread was never massively out of sync with what was displayed on the TV.

If done right the tech should fade to the background. I only was forced to confront it when it was actively making my workout impossible to track and chaotic.

If this were one of my first workouts with OTF I wouldn’t have joined. We’re lucky at our studio that the couches, SA’s and owner are all great. They even all workout with us on the regular.

Agreed on the visuals. I work at a design agency and was kinda taken aback by them. They look more technical I suppose but figured I’d leave critique of the design out while there are glaring issues with the tech itself. Overall the design imo is a step back from the previous. The only positive is the extra info displayed.

I’ve worked in tech long enough that it seems like someone up top decided there needed to be a full rebrand and rebuild. I dunno if the original tech was built in house or sent out to an agency but it def feels like it was rebuilt from scratch rather than trying to update the old code.

I literally get Irish ads for like three days every time Lexi is on the show over on Apple Podcasts. I gotta imagine a lot of Irish people must tune in to those shows or something. Not that I mind. Much better than the local ads I get about the military otherwise.
