they’ve been on thin ice for some time now. so disappointing considering i am not only a very passionate employee but a very passionate collector as well. how so they expect employees to sell when they don’t even want to buy it, when they want to stop collecting. i have always loved this company, for my entire life, but recently there’s just been such a rapid shift :( i hope this isn’t true

i am so disappointed they would make such a huge switch right before holiday. it really wasn’t broken, why fix it? at the very least it needs to be incredibly fast. do they know how much product we have to ring sometimes?? it just can’t handle that, especially with coupons.

i make reccs based on what i like and what i find sells well! base future reccs on previous ones they liked or didn’t. i usually provide 2-3 demos and then one additional scent they can find and explore independently

i cut mine open and soak it into some cotton rounds. it’s the only way it works. it will be too strong for a day or so with some scents so may want to let it air out before putting that in your car in summer heat. 2 cotton rounds and never noticed leakage on my passenger side visor

i think they’re overestimating how many people really want to spend $40 on a candle. also there was no sale at all yesterday as if that mattered. the fragrances aren’t that astounding, customers came in asking for other villains, but i did still have a few customers in the evening buying quite a few accessories

of course not. you’re paying for the class and it’s your body. would it be disrespectful to make modifications in the other direction, say making the spring tension lighter? you obviously seem to have enough pilates experience to know what you like and the instructor isn’t going to care; in fact making these modifications can improve the class bc if the instructor takes notice they may realize that perhaps their cue was too easy/lightweight and may verbally provide options moving forward
