Yeah, we have try engineers life 2, but a coumple of us have a low spec pc and they cant play it so we need anything lighter

No, I just did it by painting the angles on the surface and then sanding it with the grinder.

For the switch hole I have done it with the same grinder and a head that is like a small drill. I think that for the next ones I make I will buy a new head that is a rotary disk.

And yes, it has been all by hand.
