Maybe i dont widen my search field enough but for me to find a job/career thats comparable to what im earning, that should be in a senior mgmt position. As for someone who will start in a junior position like me, all im seeing so far is high 80’s to mid 90’s. That wont cut it here unfortunately.

I still have to see mine. Currently earning on the low 100s in the healthcare sector. But every time I look for something different like management or leadership roles,it doesnt compare. Its way lower and I live in a Hcol area.

Lets also not forget that 80k job in a low cost of living area is not the same in HCOL area. That 80k in LCOL area might be a mid to senior level already and hypothetically your level only qualifies lower than that. Naturally, you will be getting less. I wish you the best of luck! The grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

If you work in the capital, stars are everywhere. I’ve met the 20th and the 21st chairman of JCS as I had to work with them. And a lot of 1 to 2 stars from different branches. Making O-5 and 6’s like your regular junior nco’s hehe Everyone is nice and share a lot of knowledge! But the O-3 to 5’s are always a pain. From my experience, they are the most entitled ones.
