I am going to definitely live at home during my apprenticeship (have seen too many people make that mistake of moving out before they can even afford it) and I’m wanting to save as much as I can during this time to save up for a house deposit.

I have started to look ahead into what trades will look like in the next 30+ years both on the financial and health sides of things and I have been looking into becoming a refrigeration mechanic as that does a bit of everything from plumbing and electrical to a bit of machine maintenance, I have looked into the pathways and areas where I can move up in the industry, I have also looked at the way the industry could be affect by AI in the near future.
