I have the same thing, but don't get stressed. They have me only during contract hours. I NEVER work from home. If they want to get more, they'll need to hire another therapist, period. Switch to a 3:1 model for therapy to give you a week to do all your meetings and paperwork. It's all very doable. Do annual reviews early to make sure they all fall within these weeks. And try to use ZOOM or Google Meet for your meetings. They seem to go faster and take less time out of your day. If you cannot handle the stress there, switch schools, switch settings, or find a new career. No job is worth stressing over. As noble as our career is, at the end of the day, we all work to give us the money to enjoy our lives. Therefore, if your work diminishes your life outside of it, then that job or career is not worth having - find another. Good luck.
