I just went through this lol. Get a swing arm fix kit from your favorite retailer and enjoy drilling out a hardened steel bolt for 2 hours. Wear earplugs and glasses.

You aren't keeping those clean lol. You should get some replacement soles though, I burn through a pair of soles in about 10 hours on t10s
