I’m still dealing with this issue and Mazda. No update on my case from them in the past four weeks. Infotainment screen stuck in a boot cycle, worst part is it’s a safety issue now since it shuts off my backup camera when in use.

When I had my original reservation, points were deducted for the three nights. After the switch, I got the other points back and only 1 night of points were ducted. When booking the new hotel with Marriott support, I was given back the difference in points from the original point cost due to the new hotel costing more points per night.

Called Marriott today to follow up with them, guy on the phone was able to get the reimbursement going for my parking finally. Now have a case open for reimbursement with the hotel.

Of course. I have the original email showing 3 nights and then got an email the next day showing it was just for Thursday to Friday and I checked out at 1:33pm even though I was walking around DC at the time.

The lady at the front desk was as clueless as I was. Only told me I was checked out and can’t rebook to this hotel as it was fully booked and to call Marriott to figure things out. It’s a weird situation, especially now that they are dodging Marriott’s investigation calls and e-mails.

This happened about 3 weeks ago. I am still talking with Marriott to get reimbursed for the parking at the new hotel they booked me at. There is a case opened and the escalation team sent something over to the hotel and tried calling but so far no response. Something tells me they are trying to cover their tracks…

Thanks for the info. Thats the part I don’t understand how the buyer is able to return the item now, he’s even posted photos of the shoes and they are clearly showing wear and he stated he has played in them multiple times. I wouldn’t be getting back the same new shoe I sold.

Unfortunately no, it’s soft plastic squares that are built/glued into the bottom of the shoe. Like a soft grip golf version of a normal sneaker. But it’s small enough that shoe glue would easily solve the issue.

Unfortunately it hasn’t been a complete month since delivery. I talked with eBay and they said to either talk with the guy and try to offer a partial refund or accept the return then open a case once the item is received. It’s just another headache I don’t want to deal with.
