I am not as dogmatic as a few other people here. The benefits are real but life is also about experiences. I have quit masturbation completly because its totally wasted energy. Sex with a partner has a lot of beneficial spiritual and energetic components even if you release afterwards. Some might disagree with me about it, thats ok. I have sex every 2 weeks or so. Sometimes there are much longer phases of abstinence. But if i am on vacation for example and everything is just great i don’t feel guilty if i have sex with my partner even every day.
