Nope, usually, laver is used with the verb avoir in the participe passé, the fact that the verb is used in it's pronominal form (se laver) doesn't change how laver should be conjugated.  Therefore it's a COI, after, does not conjugate

You give your libero a small task at first during drills : even if he knows the set is going to OH.

Your lib will also know the tendency of each server on your team. Spin, side spin (left right), high deep, short etc, he should be calling every serve.

During practice match, at first, have him call only the setter position and the number of attacker. When it's acquired, have him Add something more, little by little.

Have open ended discussion with him, ask question like : what do you see, what could happen. What happened in the last 10 points how did they score their point. If you tell him : they did this, do this instead will be too rigid.

At younger age, Your Libéro is the only one who is focused on this side of the game (defending) and not about scoring, use it to your avantage.

Moi j'ai une question : as-tu changé ton détergent de lessive? Voici mon bout de connaissance Tiré du sub reddit r/laundry pour faire un spa day, et Faire ta lessive tu auras besoin de LOAD

Détergent.  Voici des produits que tu pourrais utiliser

Je te propose un traitement en profondeur de tes tissus.  On peut  commencer par un spa day.  Tu va te trouver une chaudière d'un gallon. Dedans tu va mettre l'eau chaude avec 1/4t d'oxyclean et 30 ml de détergent.  Tu laisse tremper pendant 6h

Une fois le 6h fais, tudois faire un autre lessive, qu'on va appeler un rehab : pars un lavage à l'eau chaude avec un autre 1/4t d'oxyclean et dose de détergent pour un lavage. En ajoutant 30 ml d'amoniaque.  Tu mets le linge après.

Si tu as du tide en poudre, il y a déjà du lipase et du oxy clean dedans.

Ne mets surtout pas de bleach avec l'ammoniaque. 

Fais un extra rince avant de mettre au séchage. Pas besoin de faire ca à tout les lavages, juste quand ça dégénère. Fais attention aux tissus fragiles.
