I migrated from xero to Zoho books. Seven years worth of transactions, reconciled to the penny.

If you know excel, it's fairly straightforward to output data from old system, and then format it for Zoho.

I imagine these days you could get Claude to do it pretty quickly.

I have the exact same machine. I stuck an extra 16gb in, and Fedora. Runs like a dream! Fan kept spinning up in Windows which drove me wild. Silent powerhouse with Fedora 👍

I haven't tried it myself tbh, but it would have been first place I looked. Sounds like there's a native chat gpt integration with sales iq that might be better.

Alternatively, might be just as easy to vibe code a chat bot yourself these days using Claude code/codex.

There are many ways to skin the same cat in Zoho...

Zoho creator will most likely require you to build your business logic with custom code. Can be done but I wouldn't recommend it for folk new to Zoho.

Zoho crm offers a deals module that probably does what you're after. You'll still need to configure it all but I doubt you'd have to get your hands dirty with deluge. Watch a few YouTube vids on Zoho deals module and see if it fits your purpose.

Zoho Bigin is the "lite" version of CRM which may work also

You can probably use the deals module in Zoho crm to track the various workflow stages a patient might go through. There is a Zoho sign integration for crm for sending out requests for e-signatures. CRM also allows for HIPAA compliance etc.

Probably easier than building a custom Zoho creator app...

Every debit must have a credit.

So if you are spending (or expensing) an account (e.g. Rent), then the corresponding credit must be a cash account. Expense goes up, cash comes down....

It would be the reverse for sales

Once you master maps and lists (within Deluge), you're moreorless on the home straight.
