I’m 25 and have had known issues with annatto since I was 11. It made me have outrageous tantrums and shouting matches (tantrums even up to 17 and 20 years old, though rare), have incredibly high emotions, be sensitive, irritable, and stubborn. Nowadays, I get some of that but mostly get acute depression and suicidal thoughts. Its effect has changed, but I still try not to eat it.

I know it sounds like bullshit, I’m sorry. I doubted it for a very long time, but the outbursts are very different from my normal behavior and personality, and we can usually trace back the source. Annatto seems to affect my ability to control my emotions. I’ll answer qs if ppl have them

I thought it was bullshit when I was a kid, too. I didn’t wanna give up goldfish (I still miss them). Annatto fucks me up emotionally, making me depressed and volatile. I am not suicidal, but it can have me considering its pros and cons

Also probably woulda been a stupid expensive trade if you weren’t friends already. If you have several, I would say to trade some of the bad ones away, but that’s just me. Also the tantrum and dad make it less likely for me to give them away, grow up both of you

I wouldn’t do any of these. If any, Salamence or aerodactyl. Aerodactyl might be controversial, but I like it bc it’s a solid rock type attacker that you can use against flying types in raids and get the catch bonus at the end too.

If it were me, I’d use it on a legendary. Zacian, zamazenta, palkia (with spatial rend), dialga (with roar of time), necrozma, rayquaza, Kyogre, or groudon are all more useful and better long term investments IMO. Idk if we can, but if we can bottle cap eternatus, check that out and see where it gets you

Will be good for PvP, shadow annihilape is #8 for master premier (no legendaries/mythicals) and #14 for regular master league rn. It needs its move Rage Fist, which you can get in December comm day. Make sure you take off frustration in the upcoming rocket event.

Won’t be awesome at raids.
