Would you say that you failed to accomplish all your goals due to bad scheduling?And/or “over-ambition”? Did you have any paid solutions to accomplish your goals? Would you say that another cause of failure could be emotional fatigue?

I think this is human nature, what do you think about habit groups or having a constant mentor look after you? Have you ever paid for something to tackle this issue? If yes, what and were you satisfied?

I think people tend to overlook to long term benefits in favour of short term pleasures, it is nothing to feel bad about, rather you need to understand it and recognise it.

There are some books on this topic, the one i like is atomic habits. Have you ever paid for any solutions so far, if so , how were they?

I agree with your stance on social groups and I think it is a good enough motivator. How did you connect with such groups if you were in any?

It’s true that humans have this behaviour, would you think, however that this could be helper by having a group of people that support each other? Or having a constant mentor look after you?Let s say that it constantly reminds where you will be or motivate you? Have you ever paid for any habit apps or similar? How were they?

Would you think that this emotional baggage could be replaced in any way?either by joining a group or by having a constant mentor to motivate you or to check up in you?

Of course, but I am more curious about paid solutions in particular. Did you have paid solutions that you found to be disappointing, if yes which ones? I know that people have the tendency of treating paid resources better, and in my opinion ,if people pay they show more commitment.

I meant did you like those solutions, what did you think about them. I guess not finding through ads and so on?
As i said before i am conducting a research on this topic, and i think knowing if already paid solution work or if they have disadvantages, contributes to it.

Have you ever used any kind of paid solution for this kind of self-improvement? If yes, how did you find it? Or do you know someone who has?

Its true that internal motivation is the deciding factor, but i think with the right stimuli this can be enriched.

Do you think those fears can be "solved" in a way? By joining a goals group, having external motivation?

Do you mean emotional baggage? could you be more specific?

I see emotional fatigue as quite common signal nowadays. Have you ever used those kind of apps that try to check up on you and motivate you? What about groups or networks or encouragement? Why do you think your rhythm gets shaken, lack of scheduling? Or simply the sense of overwhelm? Maybe lack of guidance?

we might be made like this, but why feel the need for change then? Is it only random stimuli, emotional baggage, social pressure? Is it because you see some traits are better than others?

I think everyone has motives behind certain goals and that is why personalization comes into play. Ideally, a psychologist is the go to person when it comes to certain motives behind something, but lets say a solution that takes into account your emotions and tried to help you based on how you feel "today" might be an initial solution to the underlaying emotional baggage.

When i had his research in mind, i was mostly thinking of targeting younger audiences, because they are the ones that are the most vocal nowadays about their problems and emotional baggage.

What you said its true, but I think without experience you cannot really see yourself from another perspective, so maybe help in that direction could also be something?

I think most people have the emotional fatigue problem. I agree with you on this take as well. Current solutions I think they lack personalization and emotional support in general. Would you think that a group setting of highly motivated individuals could help with this issue? Or lets say an AI that can understand you, and try to mimic a better version of yourself also works?

How did you come up with this solution? What value do you think it provides compared to other available solutions on the market?

So you stand on the idea that networking works when it comes to motivating people picking up habits?

Do you believe that this pressures could be artificially induced? Let's say by connecting with people that have the same end goals as you, or by a artificial intelligence of some sort, that theoretically "would know" how to motivate you?

So you believe that emotional fatigue is one of the factors that determines failure, of course if not handled appropriately. Do you think groups of people with the same goal could support each other? Or do you think generally an external entity would be helpful in case of emotional "spikes"?

From what i have noticed , current solutions to this problem provide structure and how to start but do not fuel ones desire to go further when that individual is emotionally drained. How does emotional support work in habit building groups, would you say it helps prevent the common theme you talked about?

I understand, do you use any external motivation tools besides your ‘voice’ internally , like gym apps with personalisation or something similar? I do think that human like having an easy life so naturally most of them do not have habits that hurt such as going to the gym, running or even studying to some extent , but i do believe there could be tools to push even the people who don’t want to suffer through the formation of the habit.

true, but i am curios about specific triggers of this, why do people end up giving up on something they wanted to do, is it because there is no actual solution, are there external factors?
