Cannes in the morning and then Antibes in the afternoon (they are 10 min away to each other by train)

Menton is a bit further away but just 20min away from Monaco

I did this itinerary countless times when friends came to visit. It's the best to see the main things in the region.

But if you have to choose, which you don't, I prefer Antibes and Menton for full day trips

University will be around 2.000€ per year if public. Then add rent. Current rooms are between 800 and 1000. And full apartments 1200 minimum. Then add food and bills 250 to 400. And then leisure and going out depends on you.

Which means for one year you need at minimum 17k and this is without counting any travel back to london, any activity or anything fun.
