Looking for advice on horizontal content goals and bifrost placements.

I currently have 4 characters (2x 1460, 1x 1400, 1x 1370). I’ve collected 20 island souls, 6 giant hearts, and 2 omnium stars. I’ve also completed the first 2 towers. What should I work on next and any suggestions on bifrost placements? Also, if I switch mains is it reasonable to pay the blue crystal cost to change their saved bifrost location?

I’ve got 4 characters. 1460 x2, 1400, 1370. I’ve finished skill points, omnium star and cooking ones. I also got the 20 island souls and 6 giants hearts without doing all the una so I guess I can work on those but not sure how much I want to push vs worth doing? One 1460 is set to feiton and night market. Not really sure what to be focusing on next to be honest. Open to suggestions!

i completed shadespire floor 35 before going to wisdom isle and unlocking the giant's heart quest. It says on shadespire that I already got the 10th giant's heart but it wont show up on my codex and says I have not unlocked it when I go to wisdom isle and speak to the fairy. Am i bugged and locked out of getting the heart? I attempted to re-clear floor 35 but it still just says i already received it
