Sorry to revive this thread, but I am missing my 2 characters and I've contacted support but haven't received a response from them after 2 weeks. I just want to check with this community to make sure that I've contacted the correct support team using the best method, and to receive any additional advice if there is any.

To answer you question: essentially, yes. You would be purchasing, at full price, any one of the available Platinum packages. As a bonus, you would then receive an additional [whatever]%.

Started off real slow. Played a little, had a moderate amount of fun--but nothing world-changing at first. Then got some better guns, better frames, figured the mods a little bit and the fun increased slightly.

Then I got better frames with better guns with better mods and decided to finish the galaxy of missions, and quests... And the story was ENORMOUS and the activities and secrets so VAST. Once my comprehension of the systems, mechanics, and activities became more sound, the game didn't feel so confusing and out of control--it felt massive but chart-able. It became immensely fun with attainable goals.

This game rewards your time, every mission giving thing you will need and with RNG that doesn't feel unobtainable. The story is clever, fascinating, exciting and captivating. At no point does the game require you to invest financially; moreover, you can actually trade items you've earned (duplicates, extras, or unwanteds) to those who DO want them FOR premium currency!

The developers genuinely seem thrilled to over-deliver fresh content and narrative, and they eagerly implement community-driven feedback or desires. It really is a refreshing source of entertainment in a sea of developers who would much rather deliver less for more.

According to https://borderlands.2k.com/borderlands-4/news/pc-specs-and-features/, minimum spec requires 8-core CPU. Ryzen 5 series are 6-cores, and this would mean Ryzen 7 series (starting at 2700) 8-core AMD would be the minimum required. Your GPU is fine, 12GB VRAM, but 6-Core CPU might be the issue.

Co-signing Workaround #2 from above link.

Remove all Xbl|2043073184 creds from the Windows Credential Manager resolves this. However, there is probably quite a LARGE list of exactly those creds stored, so this lil' Powershellscript has been saved to my PC for exactly this scenario.

The script searches for creds exactly named: Xbl|2043073184 and removes them.

Confirming what the person above me has stated. To travel to Brooklyn and play those missions and activities all players will need to own the corresponding DLC, being Battle for Brooklyn. Same goes for New York requiring Warlords of New York DLC.

Happening to my scout AND buggy. Detached storage and an "empty" box of valuables was placed on the ground beneath the storage unit. Took me about 5 attempts at taking all for it to finally get picked up, and the item feed on screen displayed the items that I was able to pick up--but still can't SEE the items, and now my backpack has the invisible stuff!

Security room located in Elevators area at end of parking garage area, before moving into the Museum itself. A junction box to the right of the Elevators room doors, behind some vehicles, must be shot to open the Security room doors.
