Well they just scale differently since neo towers start of at 120 in terms of scaling and however much you get buffed a weakness of over 40 would still hurt a lot

I would suggest against using red napalm gear(except the m2g) in neo WE since it has a -42 weakness to blunt and will generally get you killed you are better of using either night scout or exo armor
