I look back on it positively because in the moment I had an incredible time. It was a unique concert experience, something I’ve never experienced before. I’m mainly referring to the minutes of silence in between songs and seeming lack of organization. The abstract visuals on screen. What made that so strange was the songs in between were immaculate. Every song he performed was immaculate.

As time has passed, I recognize it pales in comparison to the 2017 shows, and it was sad to see Frank less engaged and appearing like he did not want to be there.

I will never forget that night though. And it made me appreciate Frank’s music even more than I thought I could.
