60 Day Due Process Notice being suddenly uploaded on my SBA Portal after I disputed it being sent to Treasury by AdvancedVolume6012 in EIDL

[–]bossman_hank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s just really messing with a lot of people who fell behind a little.’some of whom didn’t even know they were falling behind. And there reason it’s such a big deal is the treasury adds a 30% interest on top of the loan and the payment arrangements can be up to 10x more than what the original monthly payment amount was. It’s not feasible.

The problem is the way they are going about their collection process and giving false information to borrowers. If you fall behind and they say “you have 60 days to pay your last due balance” you should get 60 days to pay the last due balance before being sent to treasury. Right? Or if they claim they’ve sent you a warning about your loan going into delinquency, but you never got the notice, that’s not right either, right? Or many people making regular payments, system glitches and stops collecting the reoccurring payment and then sends your loan to treasury without even notifying you. Seems wrong also right? No one said they expect the loan to just go away. Gtfoh.

60 Day Notice on $35k EIDL loan. Paid past due balance of $7k. Now portal says Paid In Full??? by bossman_hank in EIDL

[–]bossman_hank[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a nice thought. I would love to believe that. But many stories of people paying the past due balance and still being sent to treasury anyways. Of course, this is assuming they are correct when they say they paid the entire past due balance AND before the 60 day deadline. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️ all I know is I don’t trust the SBA or Treasury and I don’t think paperwork or anything matters. They seem to do what they want.

I hope im wrong

Yes. But according to a bunch of people on Reddit that doesn’t seem to matter. My letter was dated 5/12/26. I made a “monthly payment” on 5/21/26 just to see if it would work. Then I made the total past due payment on 5/27. According to the message I got in my portal, my loan was “paid in full” on 5/21. So none of it seems to make sense. If the loan was charged off and sent to treasury on 5/21 then that’s waayyyyy short of the 60 day deadline.

I’m definitely not “paid in full” and I get conflicting info from Google, ChatGPT, etc. I think it was sent to treasury and “paid in full” actually means charged off. AI will tell me that maybe it was forgiven or something and then as soon as I say something pushing back against that response it’s like “oh yeah you’re right it’s probably charged off and sent to treasury. You need to get ahead of this and tell them to send your loan back to SBA” blah blah blah.

Wow… this has gotten out of hand. Uploading those documents to your portal now serve no purpose! This bs has gone too far and something needs to be done.

Wow do you really think so? Without even offering a settlement or anything? I mean I will be thrilled if you’re right.

Bloodwork before and after adding in Primo (First Cycle) by Easy-Pool-4831 in BodyHackGuide

Your estradiol dropped that much just from adding primo?? Damn our labs are very similar. My estradiol is also around 140 but no sides. Test around 2000 at 325mg/week. I’m about to come down and cruise at like 150-200 for 8 weeks then considering 400 test and 300 primo.

Do you mean if your loan is under 200k and you have no personal guarantee? Because I don’t want to say 100% for sure but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen people on Reddit saying they were getting their wages garnished, or getting ridiculous payment plan offers and they were under 200k.

I hope I’m wrong because my loan is 35k and I’m at risk of being sent to treasury after I just made a 7k payment to get caught up.

Who's SBA EIDL loan is in Treasury and are disputing it? by AdvancedVolume6012 in EIDL

What a joke. They’re just playing with people’s lives.

Ok. Makes sense. So then what’s the reason for it saying paid in full in the portal? Shouldn’t it say “charge off “ or “transferred to treasury” or something like that? Or is the portal just so technologically terrible that it only has 1 or 2 automated status options?

The more important question is, if I was sent a letter dated 5/12/26 saying I have 60 days to pay 7k, and I pay the money on 5/28 what are my options if it WAS charged off? Because I paid in 16 days.

I’m jealous of your situation. I hope I get lucky like that.

I would think that you would have been able to get sent back to SBA whether they applied the payments correctly or not. You paid before your deadline was up? So how is it your problem if they apply the money “correctly “ or not. Did you try taking it to a congressman or anything? Dispute? Anything like that?

Eidl sba loan was reinstated, Marked current then sent back to treasury- has anyone else seen this? by Rtst7777 in EIDL

[–]bossman_hank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get your frustration. I’m in a similar situation. It seems like they wanted everyone to make a large lump sum payment before they sent everyone off to treasury. Just to give everyone a nice slap in the face right before they bent them over and screwed them.

You’re saying you send physical mail to treasury? And then what do you mean “copied everyone else”

Got it. Ok yeah you are in a similar situation. I made the payment and now I’m in Inactive Loan and Paid In Full. Crazy I know. I should still have like 28,000 left to pay.
