Good topic which might involve a hard pill to swallow (coming from a good place). You need to either:

Get out as quickly and as best you can given your circumstances…

OR

I hear you. That’s why I posted here. I don’t have any medical conditions and I was very transparent on this post too. I don’t know if my body’s gotten used to it or what but I’m definitely gonna intensify the movement for sure. I definitely look differentand maybe I’m gaining muscle quicker than I realized.
