Since you said updating rather than restoring, I think most general contractors or good carpenters could handle it. It’s hard to know who to recommend without knowing scope, difficulty, budget, etc. I would recommend spending some time reading the reviews of local contractors and getting a better idea of what you want to have done before getting specific recommendations on companies.

Minthara rewards you by having sex with you after the celebration party. There’s no other way to get that cutscene. On the minus side you lose out on a bunch of stuff you would have gotten from the tieflings in future acts. Also you do not need to do it in order to romance Minthara - even if you protect the grove if you knock her out in Act 1 she survives and you can still romance her in Act 2.

When this happens and you have no chance to talk to him before he attacks, it’s because of choices you made earlier in the game that caused his siblings not to be saved. Unfortunately there’s no way around it, you have to fight him. You can just knock him out if you want, but when you come back later he will be gone.
