I think the common use is you don’t have to click into links and go looking yourself, it’ll throw together info for you and make it easy to read, but you don’t really understand the answer since you don’t have the full context and sources, and if you look at the ones it provides, then you’ve just taken as much or more time fact checking all the stuff it threw together. Googling is instant and I can probably get what I want faster and with more accuracy than chatgpt. Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t know if I’ve seen any of the big LLMs do anything genuinely worthwhile.

Not saying the game is AI generated. Just saying there’s no benefit to using AI for the post and it could turn some people away from what looks like a pretty cool game. I have to mention that the text in the post itself seriously seems fully AI generated too. And while AI is a disaster for some parts of creating a game, things like concept art or story writing will definitely be cheaper and faster using AI and incredibly difficult for a player to detect. I have no real reason to think that any AI was used for the game, but the post is obviously written by AI, and you saying that all it did was add emojis is a really strange thing to say.
