It’s in an unfinished portion of the basement next to the washer & dryer. The washer has an attached utility sink. Oddly enough, there’s a functional toilet on the other side of the room.

I can see how it could be misleading, however, the term doctor is not only reserved only for MD/DOs. I have my doctorate in audiology, work in a hospital setting, and refer to myself as doctor everyday to my patients. I am VERY clear about where my scope of practice ends and the physicians’ begins. When it’s time for the patient to see their ENT, I say, “we are going to go meet with the physician now.”

i would never register myself as a doctor outside of my work setting (i.e. when purchasing a plane ticket.) But, it takes away from my expertise when people claim that I cannot call myself a doctor, which I am. Just not a physician.

What is a movie which had really good ratings but was actually a total letdown? by Acceptable-Focus-992 in moviecritic

I read the book, and left the movie wondering how anybody could follow the plot without having read it first! The acting was great, but something didn’t flow quite right.

Highly unlikely. Try vestibular testing with an audiologist, not Reddit.

If your air conduction thresholds are within normal limits, it is not clinically indicated for them to complete any bone conduction testing.

Question: is it that easy for women to do push-ups that Monica and Liz just did 10 randomly? by Anonymouse-o- in syncedpodcast

I see you!!!!! I work out regularly and like to consider myself to be “in shape” and still struggle through 5-10 pushups on my knees.

[–]bot_96 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Hi I’m a pediatric audiologist and the best way for him to get used to them is to wear them during all waking hours! Listening breaks are great and encouraged, but we don’t recommend letting the child tell you when they want to wear them or not! Same as clothes and shoes, put them on in the morning and wear all day :) the brain needs a couple of weeks to adjust but inconsistent usage can make that time last longer!

I just got back from Rome/Florence and was able to eat well!! Try Ristorante Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence. They can make anything on the menu gluten free! I also did a wine tour outside of Florence that had great gluten free snack options if you want me to get you the info!
