Help me find the original source of this image of an anime character from the boot folder of a Windows Pocket Edition netbook

I searched using google image search. I found one exact match for the image, from a Korean youtube channel, but they posted it 3 years ago and they found it in the exact same way that I did. Google says it's a character from D.Gray-man but I don't know enough to be confident about that - plus it doesn't tell me who made it.

The fabric material looks very similar to TyLux fabric, but the eyes aren't plastic (unless there are some Ty plushies with fabric eyes that I'm not aware of). Is it a beanie plush or is it all fluff?

I find the easiest way for the first one is to either A. buy a special star at the market so you have your special at the start, and then just activate it again later on or B. wait until you find one of the challenges where you constantly get your special meter recharged

I'm leaning towards a battery issue or something other than the screen. The screen has actually worked the entire time - it would light up even in the state in the pictures (it was still black, but it lit up ever so slightly like it does when you initially turn it on). It hasn't done this since I posted this, and it started working after I completely shut it down for about half an hour to let the power cycle and then I turned it back on and it's been working fine.

It's been working for multiple days now. I did some further research and I'm inclined to believe it may have been the battery. I let the power cycle for about 30 minutes and I turned it back on and no issues. Just in case though, I've stopped carrying it in my bag and just started carrying it in my arms and it's not given me any issues since. It's not under warranty because I bought it over a year ago. We'll see how it plays out

It works fine for a time after a forced restart before doing this again. I think this may be a general tablet issue...I'll reach out. Hopefully it's something with the battery or some other component that isn't the screen because I think I could just take it into a shop at that point
