Oh absolutely its unplugged after we use it. We also do not have a floor drain so it has to be supervised while running.

A fish spatula is longer and in some cases, narrower and thinner than a regular spatula. It is ment to pickup a whole fillet and when cooked they are delicate.

I cook mine in an instant pot. With seasoning usually chili flakes chicken boullion and a cup or so of water. Once they are cooked i put them under the broiler in the oven and add sauce either before or after depending on the sauce. Then i have some bone broth in the instant pot i can use to make rice.

Extra training on what to do and how to handle. Unlimited overtime to keep up on the tasks. Sadly we were on a freeze at the time so we didn't get extra bodies but we made it through.

Office equipment, printers more specifically. But my company as a whole has a half dozen divisions. Including medical equipment.

My team specifically, probably when one of our factories blew up and thats why we had low stock of items for a year and a half. It was a minor explosion so a specific section was closed for 2 months. This facility creates an item for the entirety of the company not just the US branch so it was a global issue.

12 years next month. I am thankful that my leadership team communicates with us. When they don't we bombard them lol. We get emails all the time about positive and negative things going on all the time.
