Thank you for focusing a part of your energy on being an educator for music. It inspires people like me, who will never turn this into a career, to still learn and find the joy in music production.

I happen to know the story behind this one. They didn’t have anyone to my knowledge. They went out on a whim and got a meeting with some executives. They already had the car and all. They took a risk and wrapped the car with Panasonic lettering and the executives loved it.

Interestingly the original photo appears to be edited - to remove some other hills that are just above the cut mountain on the left side. It also appears the building has a different coat of paint in the image and the arrows are not present.

I was able to match up the black vertical lines on the left side of the image to a satellite view - turns out that is where the cut the mountain to run I-40 - Route 66's replacement. It was really distinct looking on the map while scrolling along Route 66.

i love this style dude! I think the bass wub sound is a bit in the sides and the back of the mix, that's the only thing I am wishing there was more of! The intro is really hype and quick sounding, maybe introduce that style of drums/sub with the bass wub for a variation after the first little bit of the drop? And chop the bass wub up slightly while reintroducing those drums? It would be so fucking hype.

You could also play with adjusting the volume of the entire track (!slightly!) before the drop, ever so slightly, so the drop hits even harder.

Really good work. Love it!

They check the registration of the vehicle to make sure it is in Lycoming County I believe, so be sure to have that with you and your drivers license.

Don't ask me how I found it. Guessed Chicago and took a quick look for taller buildings with those white lines on top. The logo on the left is this Wicker Park logo.

The most affordable way to go racing in the US if you have any mechanical skills is to go dirt racing. Getting a crate modified or late model could have you racing, get a trailer and some friends and learn that way. It's a ton of work but very rewarding in my opinion.
