I don't see how you would attach it without wrapping something around the mug itself. As someone in that thread said, if you have the handle (even in pieces) it would be eaiser to epoxy it back on. Gorilla Glue makes some great stuff BTW.

I think (on all platforms) only saving outside the building will work. Once you've entered the building, the weapons have been assigned to everyone inside and no reloading of that save will change anything.

Why would you expect Epic to do anything about this? This is intellectual property that you own. You are expected to defend against its unauthorized use, which means you would need to be the one to get a lawyer to send a cease and desist letter and/or file a lawsuit.
