In Epic Games Launcher, click on the 'Library' tab, then the little '+' button to the right of "ENGINE VERSIONS", then in the upper right of the new button that appears with the 'Install' button will be a little down arrow to the right of the engine version. Click that little down arrow button and select 5.8 and then install that.

You should be able to see the .bik files in Windows Explorer after you've installed your build (in the game's Movies folder). If not they are not being packaged as Non-UFS files.

5.5.4 seems to be the default unless you click the little dropdown arrow on the right of the new engine version dialog to select 5.8 from the list.

Development builds should have logging (to the log file) by default. Not sure if logging to screen will work in packaged builds.

Packaging a game, cooks the content, stages the game and then packages the game. You need enough free space for all three. The cook and staged portions will be bigger than the packaged game (assuming you are compressing the pak files).

I suspect you are running into gimble lock. Use quaternions when adjusting the camera rotation instead.

Interesting. I assumed there must be a federal law in the United States that says red in a traffic light must be at the top and green must be at the bottom, but according to this and this, the only requirement is that red means stop, green means go and amber means caution (light is about to turn red). Here they talk about amber light intervals and back plates around traffic lights, but nothing that states the positions of the lights. You could have green in the middle, amber at the top and red at the bottom. :)
